Fabien Berges has been active since 1998 in the demolition of buildings and the recovery and sale of old materials.

After collecting the materials, the company takes charge of sorting, cleaning and packaging operations in order to offer ready-to-install materials. The materials are stored on a site of almost 2 hectares located in Auvillars, in Tarn-et-Garonne. The main products are stone frames and lintels, terracotta tiles, tiles, timber, bricks and roof tiles. The stock can be visited by appointment.

The materials are collected and sold mainly to professionals in the Gers, Tarn-et-Garonne, Haute-Garonne and Lot-et-Garonne departments, but also nationally. The company has a few private customers. The materials on offer are suitable for both contemporary building projects and the renovation of old buildings such as chapels and castles.
