Situated in a former yeast factory alongside the Canal Albert, Hispantics specialises in interior development materials: doors, wood floors and furniture. Most of the stock (a large warehouse and 10,000m² of land) can be found nearby, in Merksem. 

One distinguishing characteristic is that the business extends its search for materials far and wide: France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Poland, Canada. They are even said to have acquired an entire synagogue! 

Hispantics does not do the designing itself, but works in collaboration with an interior development agency, The Home Project, situated in the same building.
