In 1993, Edwin started his quest for antique construction material both in the Netherlands and abroad. The first couple of years he primarily went ‘treasure hunting’ and he disassembled English porcelain washing tables, French classic chimneys and sometimes ceramic tiles, old bricks, cast iron radiators and historical wood. Back in his workshop he cleaned and restored these elements carefully prior to offering them for sale. 



Today, Edwin and his son (who has also entered the business by now) do not go looking for treasure themselves, but they mainly  collect, restore and install antique chimneys as per their client’s wishes. Besides that, there is always a small offering of various different types of recuperated construction materials such as parquet, doors and tiles.
